The Terms and Conditions below apply to the purchase and sale of goods between you and Tajka Studio LLC. These Terms and Conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. By ordering any products from Tajka Studio LLC you are accepting these Terms and Conditions. The Terms and Conditions may be changed without any notification prior and remains the responsibility of the costumer to familiarize themselves with the changes prior to placing an order.
Orders and Pricing
All orders placed are subject to both approval and availability of product. The prices are subject to change on our website without any notification prior. There are possibilities of errors occurring. If an error has occurred with the price of goods that was ordered we will notify you as soon as possible. On occasions such as these, you may choose to either cancel or replace your order at the correct price. If we are unable to contact you regarding the incorrect price, your order will be canceled. All payments which have been made will be refunded.
All items are priced in USD. Any other currencies will be calculated and therefore our pricing in USD should be viewed as a guide only.
Limitation of Liability: Tajka Studio LLC takes every care to ensure accuracy, however we make no warranties as to the accuracy of any information placed on our website. The extent of our liability for any breach of these terms and conditions shall be limited to the value of the goods ordered by you in the relevant transaction.
Acknowledgement of Order
After an order has been placed, we will send you an email confirmation of your order. An additional email will be sent informing you of your shipped order.
Stock Availability
At Tajka Studio LLC, all items are made to order. We do not carry stock. However, it is possible that on occasion we may be unable to fulfill your order immediately due to any issues with our distributors or other unforeseen factors. If this occurs, we will immediately inform you will details of any occurring delays or issues.
Please keep it mind that while great care is taken to maintaining our website, errors and omissions in any information, availability, and prices may occur.
Responsibilities of the Customer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all information provided on your order form is complete and accurate. Information provided by the customer that is incomplete, misleading, or incorrect, the customer will be liable for any costs necessary to resolve the issue. The Customer is not permitted to copy, reproduce, publish or use in any manner any item or content on our website.
Payment Checks and Authorization
Any credit or charge card holders are subject to authorization and checks by the card issuer. If the issuing institution refuses to authorize any payment, we will be unable to dispatch the goods and are not liable for any delay or non-delivery of the goods.
