At Tajka Studio all garments are completely handmade by me once an order has been placed and paid in full by the customer. Please allow for 2-4 weeks for the construction and shipment of the garment once it’s been purchased. This time can differ depending on the demand of orders at that time and in which state or country you are ordering from. We will do our best to update all lead times on our home and product pages if they change. We appreciate all understanding and patience.
Shipping
Tajka Studio does ship worldwide. All items sent will include tracking. Once a purchase had been made, you will receive an email notifying you of the order confirmation. Once the garment has been shipped another email will be sent detailing the tracking information. Tajka Studio is not responsible for any delays of the shipment once sent, or instances of a lost item by the delivery service, which are all out of our control.
International Shipping
For orders outside of the United States of America, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes. The charges and amounts occurred here are beyond our control and prediction. You will be responsible for the payment of all import duties and taxes that occur. Shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
Returns
Since all garments are completely handmade to order and custom fit for you, I am unfortunately unable to offer refunds and returns. No garment will be made unless an order is placed. As I am the only one that constructs the garment, it requires a lot of time and attention to make it the best possible product. However, if there is any issue with your order at all, please let us know, and we will do what we can to correct the issue.
Fit Corrections
I encourage you to visit our sizing guide page to ensure you have properly measured yourself in order to provide me with your correct size. It is important to me that your garment fits perfectly. Please email hello@tajkastudio.com if you have any questions about this. If the sizing is still not to your liking, I offer alterations of the size at an additional cost. If this is required, please email hello@tajkastudio.com within the first 5 days of delivery. A return address will then be provided to you. For any alternations it will be your responsibility to appropriately mail items back to our studio. This cost is not covered by the alteration fee and must be covered by you.
